Fall Style for Moms

Even though here in Southern California September is one of the hottest months of the year, in my mind, fall has still arrived. Next to newly sharpened pencils and eating my favorite chili, fall is all about the clothing. To me, it means lots of layers and feeling comfortable while still looking chic.

I've been pinning my favorite fall looks for weeks now and thought I'd share a few of my faves that work well for mamas on the go (although, truthfully, I'd ditch the heels for flats in almost every scenario). I'm loving thick cable knit sweaters, tight jeans and oxfords, stripes on stripes, blazers (so happy to see this trend is still going strong), color, color, color with an all-black day thrown in, funky print pants, and a good old fashioned trench coat:
